Stephanie currently specializes in working with adults facing a range of clinical issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and perinatal mental health issues. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals through the emotional challenges of pregnancy, the postpartum period, and other stages of parenthood. Stephanie employs an integrative approach to therapy, combining trauma-informed care with evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), relational theory, client-centered therapy, family systems, multicultural theory, and solution-focused therapy. She is also certified in Advanced EMDR therapy skills, which she uses to help clients process trauma and develop greater emotional resilience. In addition to her work with adults, Stephanie is trained in treating perinatal mental health disorders, ensuring that women and families receive specialized, compassionate support during some of life’s most transformative periods.
Stephanie believes in a strengths-based approach to therapy, working collaboratively with clients to help them recognize and build upon their inherent resilience. Central to her practice is the belief that the therapeutic relationship is essential for growth. By fostering trust, safety, and mutual respect in the therapeutic space, Stephanie empowers clients to overcome challenges, develop coping strategies, and ultimately become better versions of themselves.
Stephanie offers a free consultation for new clients to discuss their needs and how therapy can support their goals.
